If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If for any reason you’re not, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange.
Returns conditions
- You have 60 calendar days upon the delivery date to return an item for credit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
You will receive a notification of return with all the relevant purchasing details when your product is received by our Dispatch Department in Midrand. Once the subjected product has undergone and passed our inspection process you will be notified immediately on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
